Looking for idler wheels & under-carriage rollers for this. It's a gray market machine, made in Japan & I can't seem to find compatible parts or info. Please help!

That seems odd that the nameplate is in English if it is gray market. But I looked at the online illustrated parts and they don’t list that model (searched just “kh”).
I have no idea about the parts you need but have a question = How do you know it is a gray market model?

When I Google them There are several posts I don't understand why the dealer is unable to help.I will include a picture of the excavator tomorrow.
