I just purchased a used backhoe. i want to make sure it will work ok on my tractor 3pt mount without the subframe mount? There are two different ways to attach the backhoe, one is use the top link (regular 3 pt) and the other way is to use drawbar with a kit that came with the backhoe. when I googled it, neither mention the subframe mount. If you have any recommendations, please let me know. Thanks

Three point mounted BH's are not a very good option.
They are very hard on tractors.
Use at your own risk!

I have never had any experience with a 3 point BH, but rumor has it that they have the ability to “magically" turn your tractor into a “2 piece” model. 😅

Do you have the ability to "fab up” a sub frame?

It’s sounds like a lot of work, but would be a cool project.
