Hey. New to this and just got a snow pusher (48") for my BX1880. I have a weight box on the back with 300lbs in it. Wondering what the right tire pressure is. I have the turf tires for now, but I have a flat driveway. Thoughts?

Here’s what I found in your owners manual…tire pressure depends upon tire type, front or rear tire, with the front loader on use maximum tire pressure.Very helpful. Thank you.
Not trying to be an ass. Just wondered if the snow pusher makes a difference. Here’s what I found in your owners manual…tire pressure depends upon tire type, front or rear tire, with the front loader on use maximum tire pressure.

I agree. Not trying to be an ass. Just wondered if the snow pusher makes a difference.
Same here.No steering when the pusher is down
Nope - BTDTusing floatmode will help with front steering
Same here.
I have chains on all 4 turf tires, helps a lot but still loose steering if I'm pushing a full load of snow with either the bucket or plow. I find if I lift the bucket or plow about an inch it really helps regain some control on my frozen gravel driveway. Not sure if chains would dig up your pavement, maybe some rubber ones or other alternative would be better.
Glad the pusher is working out for you...but...I hope it's the last time this year you'll need it. Had enough of the white stuff and I'm ready for "mud" season.

I'm a skier so I need more!
I doubt the weight of the snow pusher will make a big difference. I'd do a visual check by lowering the snow pusher to the ground to take the wight off the tires and see how they look, lift the snow pusher and take another look. If the tires are looking flat add air. I'd be sure to run close to the max tire pressure if you are using the loader for gravel or fill. I kept my pressure low for mowing, and did some gravel work without increasing the pressure and cracked the side wall of my turf tire which failed shortly thereafter. I'm more careful now about airing up when using the loader. Not trying to be an ass. Just wondered if the snow pusher makes a difference.
