Best tool to raise and hold tire to install

See this makes sense. I always thought having wheel bolts was stupid, but I didn't realize this existed. Looks like HF has a pack of multiple sizes for like $23. I'll have to get a set.

    Welder Advice

I get the not wanting to spend too much just to see if you like welding. However, I think a cheap welder will make I much more likely that you struggle and give up out of frustration than a good welder will. I have a Lincoln 210MP. I wired in 220v, but it runs off 110v as well and I've used...

That looks perfect. Kinda expensive for what it is, but looks like it would do nicely. Thank you!

Best tool to raise and hold tire to install

Makes sense. I ended up using scrap wood to get as close as I could, but then ended up raising or lowering the rear of the tractor a bit to get things better lined up. I still had to hold the tire though. side note, I bought a Daytona Super Duty jack over the summer and this was the first time...

Best tool to raise and hold tire to install

Alright, I installed 2” spacers and tire chains on my rear wheels of my B2601 over the weekend and I quickly realized this was a PITA and a two person job that meant I was trying to hold the tire so my wife could get a couple of the lug bolts started. I’m still sore from doing this. So, I’d like...

    Grapple width for LX4020, 56" or 66"?

I’d go with the 66”. I have a 60” on my B2601 and it’s nice being able to see the edges.

    Another Kubota/tractor newbie here

would need more info on the L series. It’s double the machine. That said, you would want to look at that BX and see if it has been maintained, does it look to be leaking anything, how does it run? It’s 20+ years old with hours of work on it. Can your local dealer still get parts for a bx2200...

If you have soft land I think you’re an absolutely going to want 4x4. You’re good with a hydro and it’ll make loader work easier.

My thoughts on the LandPride SPL0560 Snow Pusher (with vids!)

How is the snow pusher holding up? I just emailed my dealer to order me one with the pull back kit yesterday. I am also curious about how you made the skid shoes.

3rd function kit and grapple for lx2610

Yeah, that's what happens to me too. If I was able to move where the connectors are on the loader it would minimize this. What I did do is put the connectors at an angle instead of straight out which did help.

3rd function kit and grapple for lx2610

I have the land pride kit on my B2601 and wish the lines were a tad longer so I could angle the connectors differently. When curled up all the way the hoses can put pressure on the quick disconnect handles.

    Chainsaw Mount

Almost forgot about this thread. I made this not long ago. Just some scrap angle iron and a cutting board. I originally mounted it on the loader, but after painting the bracket I moved it to the ballast box and just bolted it on.

    Chainsaw safety

Chainsaws can do a lot of damage quickly! And a good pair of chaps will be comfortable. I love my Clogger zeros. Not too hot and way more comfortable than my Husqvarna chaps.

    Simple Chicken Coop

Absolutely being able to walk in makes everything so much easier. Sadly we had to euthanize one of our layers as she was sick and at 3 years old was an old girl for her breed. We did get 6 more chicks last week, a couple magestic marens and 4 black sex links. So that means we are up to 9 total...

    Winter is coming!

That's what I figured. I'll probably add some this weekend. Thankfully, yesterday was almost 80. However, the low Monday is in the mid 30's.
