OR…you could do what newer vehicle mfr’s do…. Delete the damn thing since no one ever checks it anyway. :devilish:

True, We had an Audi. I looked all over and finally asked. The infotainment system tells you to add.

I want to keep this tractor a while and enjoy keeping up with the maintenance. I got it in late fall. I was able to do a few things with it before all the snow. I don’t use it for all my snow removal. I have a nice walk behind for both drives. Just big piles and pushing the snow in piles in the backyard so the dogs and we can walk around easy. Enjoyable stuff, not required like the other drives. Thanks for all the input

I reached out to Messick’s It appears Kubota has a solution. It will cost about $60 plus shipping. They said that there is a service bulletin depending on the serial number of the tractor and engine. Check with your dealer.

I know it is sort of trivial but I need to use both hands. Should be something easy to check. Heck the HST dip stick is right between my legs.

Here are the part numbers
Dipstick part # TC620-16600, $30.66

Guide part # TC620-16610, $28.80
A solution for what exactly? Yeah, the old and new part are just so different. 😂

I see that McMXi's sticks are both rigid and the L2501 is a flexible so I guess no hope for me there.

Maybe someone with a 3d printer could come up with a loop handle that could slip over the existing one and clamp in place. it could be that knob shape in the bottom, split and once popped on secured with a couple screws. My son has one and made me handles for the BH77 so I could put a switch in each one for my thumb on that I made hydraulic and run with a 3rd function.
I will have to see if he is up to the task.
The guy at messicks, his son is making things for sale with a printer.
Plant this seed there!
