Does anyone here know if a GCK60-23BX bagger unit will fit on, or can be easily adapted to fit on, a BX2680? There are a few of these I'm seeing on the secondary market, more so than the GCK60-26BX that Kubota says should be the one for a 2680 if you configure it online. My definition of "easily adapted" means perhaps bolting up some bracketry etc..., no cutting or welding.

The closest thing I've found is what is mentioned in this video by Nick Miller stating that the GCK60-26BX is backward compatible to 50-70 series BX's.

Any info is appreciated, thanks!

The GCK60-23BX is attached to the BX 50, 60 & 70 series tractors using “rear support stays” it is NOT attached using the 3-point hitch. The bagger sits/rests on the stays at the bottom and by the top link…see attached pages. If the -23BX rear support stays can be permanently bolted to the BX 80 series tractors, as they are on the BX 50,60&70 series then it should work. The one potential question is…will the -23BX PTO shaft geometry fit the BX 80 series. I don’t know why it wouldn’t work as it’s geometry is based on using the rear support stays.

My “guess” is that the biggest difference in the -26BX bagger is that it may attach using the 3-point hitch, which would make adding/removing the -26BX bagger a straight forward evolution for the current series BX tractors and would be a much welcomed design improvement.

Thanks for the feedback! I put this same question out on a YouTube to a Kubota install person. I'll put his answers here when received. Thanks again for the info (y)
