BX 1880 Snow Pusher Tire Pressure

Got about a foot. Happy to say the snow pusher performed pretty well. No steering when the pusher is down, but I guess that makes sense. Took some getting used to, but didn't get stuck and it was fun to use!

BX 1880 Snow Pusher Tire Pressure

Hey. New to this and just got a snow pusher (48") for my BX1880. I have a weight box on the back with 300lbs in it. Wondering what the right tire pressure is. I have the turf tires for now, but I have a flat driveway. Thoughts?

I bought a box. I have to redo my lawn after the three car garage got built. there is a shitload of rock in the dirt from digging the foundation. I bought a 660lb scale from Amazon and I am going to weigh out 300lbs. $40 instead of having to buy anything else. 🤘

The tires are old so I figured what the hell? I'll just replace it if I have more problems.

I had a front tire unexpectedly go down on me the other day. I couldn't find anyone to fix it on a Sunday so I waited. I did a bit of research on this forum and found it interesting that Slime is kind of an accepted thing. Growing up I remember "fix a flat" and my dad saying that they will never...

Sorry to dig up an old post, but this really spoke to me. It's exactly why I bought the BX1880 and I am thrilled with it. So far, I've carried pallets of material that I would have had to carry myself. I've mulched the leaves (shredded for sure, but need that mulching kit). I ordered a box blade...

    Front Snowblower for BX1880

This has been really helpful everyone. I have just opted to go snow pusher. I don't have a long driveway and I guess I just don't think I want to spend that kind of money for a snowblower. I have a nice walk behind already. I think I am in my "the tractor has to do everything" phase still.

    Front Snowblower for BX1880

I am sure I am. just not understanding. Were they made and then discontinued? I can't find any for sale. At least not near me. Do they make a 3 point hitch version with a front attachment for mid PTO? I don't like the idea of backing up while blowing. I'm sure I am the first. :cautious:

Appreciate it. I'm a bit squirley with this as it's my first diesel. Thanks for being patient with me asking a stupid question.

I've already ordered the piranha bar, box blade and fork bars. I'm looking at a 48' snow pusher, but should cool my credit card down a bit. Also, not sure I found the best snow pusher for my small machine yet

Oh man. No idea what you mean. I'm guessing it's because of diesel freezing. Guess I need to get on it.
