    Picture Request

After seeing the video I'm inclined to think it's mounted to the backhoe subframe which I don't have. I'll do as you suggested and wing it. I'm only using 2 of the three pairs of holes for the rear remotes so may just throw the female side in one of those but wanted to see how the factory had...

    Picture Request

Yes. I understand the hydraulic circuit I'm trying to add. Hoping someone can tell (show) me where this part gets attached to the tractor. https://www.messicks.com/parts/kubota/7K500-64844

    Picture Request

Can someone with an L4701 and BH92 snap a picture of the female hydraulic hose fitting that’s bolted onto the tractor side? I just ordered the hoses and fittings to give myself a power beyond port to run a log splitter but can’t make out from the parts diagram where that fitting gets attached...

    L4060 pulling disc harrows

I wouldn’t disc before plowing. I run a bush hog over stalks to chop them up in the fall then chisel plow it all under. Then I don’t disc until spring and it usually takes me 3 passes with a disc and using a drag harrow behind disc on last pass to create a good seed bed for whatever I’m...

M4 Work Shop Manual - No Hard Cover?

John Deere is the same. Repair manuals come in shrink wrap and you buy your own binder(s).

What type of 3 point hitch is compatible with an M62 (cat 1 or 2)

Both the L47 and M62 have the same 3 point lift capacity so I’d go with the cat 1 setup listed for the lower price. Just my $2. 😏 Wonder if the L3951 lift arms could big longer to account for the larger tires on the M62?

Quote on a hydraulic thumb add-on to BH92 - Want to confirm

I think there’s two different thumb kits too, I.e. orange vs black in order to mate up with the two different styles of QA buckets. I decided to add a thumb after I bought my L47 and the installation isn’t too hard. The valves are exactly the same, except for having the thumb spool already...

    L35 TL720 Loader SSQA

Looking good! The bucket ears on my B21 were flat so I didn't have to cut them like you're having to do.

    Category 1/2 3-point?

Same here. My M5-091 is cat 1 on the tractor side of the top link. I have a bushing on that end to reduce my cat2 hydraulic top link down to cat1.

    FS: BT1000/BT1400 Control Valve

It’s the exact same control valve body as the one I’m selling except the control valve with the spool for thumb installed at factory was a couple hundred more, so about $3600. Had I known it was the same control valve but with the thumb spool already added I would have just ordered the parts to...

    What did I do?

Yes, it should or come very close.

    What did I do?

You’re correct and I’m pretty sure those linkages should have been necessary for the pin on bucket to work correctly as well so they should have already been there. Maybe not, but those cylinders are extended so far as to make me think so.

    FS: BT1000/BT1400 Control Valve

I have a barely used (5 hrs) B20001 Control Valve for Sale that I replaced with a B20002 to operate a thumb. The current Kubota P/N for this is 7K527-62900 and lists for $3393.89 on Messicks. It's the main control valve for a L47 or M62 backhoe. I'd be willing to part with it for $1500 plus...

    Backhoe Quick Attachment

Maybe the M59 has the Kubota style quick connect? I don't know the difference, just that my dealer told me to go with the excavator style when I bought my L47 so that I'd have more attachment options. I've noticed that the quick attach system and all the attachments for the excavator style are...

    Backhoe Quick Attachment

Be aware that Kubota has two styles of quick couplers. One is the Kubota style and the other is for their excavator lineup. Your M62 can use either, but you’ll have a bigger selection of buckets/attachments if you go with the excavator style quick coupler system.
